Iphone To Pc

    Before I disrupt either iPhone XR or PC 10 can I plug the charging cable from the pc to iPhone and use file explorer on windows to navigate ?
    Can I also use the phone to navigate and transfer without third party? I was thinking of sending a photo I took with the phone to the pc. I usually use the iXpand device or send to do with gmail then download to pc.

    You should be able to connect the iPhone to the PC & open the photos to transfer them.
