Ipod touch 6Gb 2nd Gen problem

Me being a idiot, i deleted the apple driver from my device manager (thats what happens when you stay up 15 hours and try to fix things:-D)
Now itunes cannot recognise the ipod when i plug it into my computer
I was thinking, why doesnt the ipod just reinstall the drivers when i plug it into my computer
It shows up in my computer as a camera device, when clearly it doesnt have one!
Is there somewhere i can manually download the drivers??? I havent been able to find anything
