I just bought an ipod touch 32 gb and was wondering since it is connected to my wifi network can it pull and play movies off my computer running Windows Vista?

    Hi

Sounds as it you can easily but sadly its not, you would need to try a Remote Access Application like THIS and see if that can access your PC, it may need a fair bit of setting up with Windows to allow this.

You can via iTunes add movies to your iPod Touch if they are the correct format, some free applications can convert them for you like this one HERE (I've used this one in the past and its ok, works well, but their are others available)

Hey no probs, glad to help and let me know which one you went with and if it was a different option then I would love to hear that too as I have both an iPhone and iPod Touch, more use for phone a HTC HD7 these days but the iPhone is a great backup.
