   I've got new songs in iTunes but when I try to sync my iPod, they are not transferring at all!. I got latest iTunes and iPod touch 3g. I reinstalled iTunes several time but no good.

   What I would be tempted to do and if all your tunes are on your PC is to reset the iPod as per HERE
   
   But please do mention what Windows version and Service Packs you have, and is the iPod Touch the 2nd generation one with the camera?

   I think by default itunes turns off syncing music, pics and video. When you connect it look in the sync settings for that device and make sure it is enabled
