IRQ Problem?

Hi Guys,
Ive been having a problem with my computer for about a month or so now and im trying to fix it once and for all... The computer blue screens randomly, on average around 2-3 times a day. This is my specs:

ASUS P5P800 mb
3.2ghz HT CPU
ASUS FX5700
Kingmax 1gb ram (2 x 512mb)
DVD Burner
200gb hard-drive

Connected peripherals:
- USB ADSL Modem (speedtouch)
- Lexmark Printer
- Dodgy speakers
- Wireless Microsoft Mouse and keyboard

Now, my first question is: Is it possible that the hyperthreading is creating this problem because the motherboard doesn't entirely agree with the CPU?

Second question: I have 2 devices running on IRQ 16. They are:

16 nvidiageforcefx5700
16 standard universal pci to usb host controller

Is there a compatability issue? If so, how do i make windows change the IRQs?

whats the operating system??

assuming xp,
xp can run several devices on a single irq.
you can manually change one if you like.

the blue screens usuallly happen from overheating, bad memory.

The operating system is XP Professional.

Ram, hard-drive, mb, and graphics card have been checked by company and by myself.

Other ideas?

 

What is the exact error you are getting on your BSOD?

 

Anything from IRQ NOT LESS OR EQUAL to ndis.

Rather random error messages...
