IRQL Error

I built my first computer a month or so ago and everything seemed to be ok. Recently, I've been getting a blue screen that says IRQL not less or equal. What all do I need to write down to tell you guys what is wrong with my computer? I know a little bit about computers but I'm still kind of new to the inner workings of them.

 

Not really, I was getting a different blue screen from the day I built it until I reinstalled some of the drivers. I forget exactly what that one was but it was something about a Driver Power State Failure.
