Is 31C a cool temp. for a PIII?

    I have a thinkpad 600x with PIII, and Everest says the CPU is about 31C, is that low or average for this type of CPU? Everest says that the original clock for my cpu is 667mhz, currently it's at 498mhz. Maybe that's how IBM gets the computers to last longer.
