Is Desktop Linux Handicap Accessible?

    Some of the tools in Linux are not as accessable as in Windows- see the last comment on the page....

    One can hope for that.

    JAWS does work wonders in Windows, but having a human book-reader is the best.

    My wife uses a program called ZoomText. I think it is junk, in that it conflicts with the Nvidia drivers in windows and so it will not allow updates- but for her eyes it works well.
