   I'm trying to get a program to run that was made for another version of windows/compatability and administrator not working. It asked for this DLL

   It would make more sense if you told us which Windows version you have and which game you're trying to play or software that you want to run; just giving the dll name (alres409.dll) would be better than it being linked to some random site.

   Don't download the dll from any site. Most of them are NOT legitimate and will simply get you infected.
   
   If you have the program installed on another computer in your home, search it for the missing dll. If you find it, copy it to a USB stick, after first writing down exactly where it is located.
   Then put the file in the same location on the complaining computer.
