Is is Fixed???

    I have followed all the directions except for deleting my quarantined files in my antivirus. Can someone please look over this and tell me if there is anything else that I need to do other than just the basic maintenance stuff? I keep getting mixed information about the file: c:\WINDOWS\PREFETCH\EXPLORER.EXE-02121B1A.pf Is this a virus or not???

    Here is the MGTools Log to go with the others. I hope I did this right. If not, correct me and I'll fix it. THX.

    Your logs are pretty clean, but we need to do this:

    First tell me what this is ( Alphabet Express? - which I don't see on your system):
    c:\program files\sz8001 ?

    Second use add/remove programs to uninstall:
    WildTangent

    Then use windows explorer to find and delete:
    c:\windows\system32\xa315870937.exe
    c:\windows\system32\xa315869671.exe

    Please run CCleaner.

    Now tell me how things are running.
