is it malware or else?

Recently IExplorer on my PC started to crash intermittently on start-up; then I was not able to access a few my favourite sites anymore (redirection to 007guard). I have followed most of the malware removal guide given here (CCleaner, Spybot, Counter, Bitdefender in Safemode); so I get rid of all kinnd of things, including 2search - although the last one was re-detected and re-cleaned by a new run of Spybot S&D). Now all the sites are accessible, except one. There is no redirection to 007guard this time. IE still crashes on start occasionally.
Does that mean some spyware is still there? Is my favourite site not accessible because the removal was not clean enough or the issue is elsewhere? Should I proceed with Hijack This or some minor tweaking in IE may solve the issue? .... Thank you guys!

    Hi Eugenemtr!
    Welcome to Major Geeks!
Please attach the logs for Counterspy (we need to check if it fixed things), BitDefender, Panda, ShowNew, GetRunKeys and HijackThis. It will take two posts for you to attach them all. Only when we look through them can we see if there is still something affecting your computer. Please be sure to save HijackThis as per the instructions to C:\ProgramFiles\HijackThis and after you've installed it there, go to hijackthis.exe, right-click on it and select rename it and rename it analyse.exe. The log names, in case you need to search for them, should be counterspy.txt, bdscan.txt, activescan.txt (that's panda), newfiles.txt (for ShowNew), runkeys.txt and hijackthis.log.
    Thanks.
