Is it my video driver or something else slowing my computer? HelP!

Ok i ran the extensive cleaning for malware spyware thread and followed the directions yet my computer still runs rather slow? I am running a faster processor and memory than my older computer but some programs are still lagging, any suggestions here is my hijack log
