I just wanted to know what other opinions you guys have on this..
I Built my new computer to run games nicely but i bought a CPU with a 533FSB, I have memory sticks that are PC-3200 but 3200 can only be read if my CPU is at 800FSB. If i do get the CPU with 800FSB, will i see major improvement in games or just a slight improvement in performance?

    My Specs as of current...
    Pentium 4 2.6Ghz
    Radeon 9600pro
    4Gig PC-3200
    80 Gig SATA HD.

my understanding is that quick memory timings (latency) is more important to gaming than alot of bandwidth ... if you have money to burn than upgrade ... you will also have to replace your CPU as well,if you didn't know that already

Depends if thats generic ram or not; theres a ton of diff pc3200s; if you have "value" ram then no it shouldnt be worth it. If you payed 300$~ for so a Gig of ram then I guess it wouldnt hurt; now quick question...why 4GB of DDRAM and a 9600? i think your money would be better spent with a 6800U/x800PE and 1.5gb or whatever the offset is.
