Is My Log Clean ?

    Hello everyone,

    I was wondering if I had a problem in this log, because since my last infection through a website, a lot of apps do not work properly (I can't install any Anti Virus anymore, can't run any Game protected by GameGuard, etc...)

    If someone could help me, I would really appreciate it.

    Well your not completely clean. You have the below items:
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MessengerPlus3] "C:\Program Files\MessengerPlus! 3\MsgPlus.exe"
    O9 - Extra button: Related - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm
    O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Show &Related Links - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm

    Messenger Plus! 3 should be uninstalled because it contains a bunch of malware programs including LOP. The other two O9 lines can simply be fixed with HJT.

    The above not the cause of software installation problems. You will have to address that in the software forum. Do you have permission to install? That is, are you the Administrator or do you have administrator priviledges?
