Is my new pc set up correctly?

The hardware:

gigabyte gaming g1 wifi bk z97x mobo
intel devil's canyon cpu
corsair vengeance 2x8gb ram (placed in slots 1 and 2 out of the four)
evga supernova 1000w psu
gtx 760
corsair h90 liquid cpu cooler
samsung ssd
a few older sata and ide drives
lg blu-ray drive
nzxt phantom 530

I just need to make sure I have everything going where it needs to be. So let's begin. The liquid cooler is attached to the mobo/cpu with the liquid cooler's pump cable going to CPU_FAN and the fan that is attached to the liquid cooler's radiator is going to CPU_OPT. Both of these ports are 4 pins on my board. Is this right? Ram installed, no issue there. SSD I have this going to SATA_0 on the mobo and attached a sata power cable from the SSD to the power supply's SATA_0 port. GTX 760 has two connectors - a 6 pin and an 8 pin. Do I connect both? Right now I do have both connected. The 8 pin goes to VGA_0 and the 6 pin (just an 8 pin cable that splits into 6+2) goes into VGA_1. Motherboard front panel connections in, USB, HD_Audio connections in. I have the other sata drives in their respective sata motherboard port number with sata power from the psu. The main atx power is connected as well as the 8 pin cpu cable from psu to mobo. I mean I can't really think of anything. It just went together too easy. Are there any checklists I could go through and kind of cross things off ? Also, I haven't messed with the bios yet at all, are there certain things I need to do in the bios?
