Is my system clean?

I seem to have lost the ability to boot my computer into safe mode. I created a thread in the software forum about it and received a couple of helpful replies, that I'm grateful for. I'll follow the advise in them very shortly.

Meanwhile. I have followed the advise in the first post in that thread, to run the procedures listed in the "Read & Run Me First"-thread, with my computer running in normal mode, and to post my results. I'm only knowledgeable enough about these things to be dangerous to my poor system, and I'd like some help interpreting the logs.

I was unable to run the Panda online scan, in case you're wondering why that log is missing. I have Avast anti-virus installed, but although I disabled it, I still couldn't download and install the scanner. I don't know why, though I suspect the brand new wireless router with built-in firewall might have been responsible for the problems.

In case I would be asked to do so, I installed and ran Hijack This, according to the instructions linked to in the thread, and I've attached that log along with the others.

Thanks to a couple of helpful posters in the software forum, I managed to reboot into safe mode and run all scans, and according to them, my system is now clean. Since I don't believe I need further help, please ignore my thread and move on to other posters who better need your time.
