Is my system okay after removal of Adware.SpySheriff/Virusburst

Hello Gentlemen/Ladies
My computer had a disastrous system failure last week. Took 3 days to put it back together. I am still getting a DOS error message from Symantec which I will ask you to help me with sometime in the future but more than that I was invaded by Malwear 2 days ago, probably by one of my sons on the internet who use this machine when they are in my office. I spent 4 hours until I got my IE toolbar back to normal and then another couple of hours to get the yellow flashing "?" off my notification toolbar. I would like somone with 'knowhow' to examine my HighJackThis log to let me know if further cleaning up is required. There are no overt signs of garbage but as an old 2-byte ASSEMBLER programmer (circa early 70's) I only get so far into the technical aspects of Windows. Thank you for being here.

The first thing I notice is that your running multiple antivirus programs. You need to pick one and uninstall the other as running more than one will cause conflicts on your computer. Once you complete this, reboot and procede with the READ ME, give below.
