Is RemAdm-ProcLaunch!171 okay?

I am disinfecting yet another computer, and have scrupulously been following the MajorGeeks protocol, however I got a spyware hit on the file RemAdm-ProcLaunch!171. A McAfee virus scan found it, and it lists the location as Combofix.exe (which is installed on my desktop, as instructed).

My assumption is that this procedure (is that what "proc" stands for?) is okay, as it is associated with ComboFix, which I purposely installed. But, I thought I would check with you guys before I "trust" it. After all, I am a lightweight:)

Is this file okay to trust?

    Thanks.

McAfee has a hard time with ComboFix......it is best to disable McAfee when ever you run Combo. :)
