Is the program "ContextPlus" bad because I don't know what it is

I was looking in my add/remove programs list because I was trying to clean up some stuff and I came across something called ContextPlus and I have NO CLUE what it is and I don't remember ever seeing it in there before.

 

okay, great. Thanks for the reply by the way. I tried to uninstall it and it said that it may have already been uninstalled but did I want to remove it from the program list. I wasn't sure what to do, I was wondering if it was a file removed by spysweeper so I checked its quarantine (by the way am I supposed to delete the files it quarantines?) and the only program file I found was cureader. Did you have any suggestions? On their website they offer to email you an "uninstall program" but my search on the net led me to believe that the uninstall program they offer you is bad, here is the link I'm refering to http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,14678998?hilite=contextplus

I don't entirely understand what they are saying and how accurate they are and I trust you guys here. Thanks in advance.
