Is Their A Firewall That Protects The Windows Registry?

I just thought it would be a good idea when all other firewalls fail as their designed to fail,

Is their such a software that blocks 3rd party sites from editing your registry to their advantage?

 

If there is not many.The Normal Firewall should be able to protect it.But i am not sure how it would be configured as a reg firewall.
