Is there a decent print-spool manager?

Has anyone run across a shareware utility that manages the print queues on WinXP?

For example, I would like to shut down a printer and flush a job in mid-job without having to go to the Services Manager. I'd like to change the order of documents in the queue. I'd like to easily set the priority of the print process. I'd even like to move a job from one printer to another.

Anything would be better than what I've found in Winkdows. Suggestions?

It will probably be pretty pricey.

I found a couple by googling "print management software"

You can have at it. Good Luck.
