Is there a mini-IE Broswer for cell phones?

Hello all....and PLEASE FORGIVE if this is the wrong thread, and feel free to direct me to another thread if need be.

Here is the deal: I have cell phone service with AT&T and have a Nokia 6555 phone. Hubby & I are taking a trip soon, and I want internet access on my phone (I have a Data Plan). I have been able to download OPERA MINI to the phone and that's fine.

My problem is that ONE PARTICULAR SITE that is one of my work sites ONLY WORKS WITH AN IE BROWSER!!!! (ARRrrrrggghhhh :banghead) So I can't open the site with my Opera Mini, and what comes with the phone is an AT&T browser, which doesn't work either.

Does anyone know ANY browser that MIGHT EMULATE IE for the phone??? Or is there one??? I looked on Microsoft's site, but couldn't find any such thing.

An IE emulator is on the wish list at the Opera Mini Forum, but as it stands right now, looks like you're out of luck.

I am kind of looking for the same thing. I used to have a PDA Phone that had Windows Mobile on it wish of course included IE Mobile, then after going back to a flip phone, I do miss my browser!! I have been googling for over a year now for the exact same issue as you and to this date there is only Opera Mini and no apparent Emulators.

I've been spending the better part of this evening looking all over the 'net for such a thing, but as you say, there is no such animal as of yet!!

Maybe by the time of my trip in September there will be something!!
