is there a software program that i can use to make a recovery partition

i am always trying to find hidden things out on my computer and always have to reinstall windows sometimes 4 or 5 times in a week and i decided i would just make me a recovery partition but do not know a program that i can do this with on my ibm t30 i wish i didnt format my ibm preload recovery partition but thats too late so what program could i use to make a new recovery partition on my t30

The times that I did that.........Mind you, I have never deletd, or, formatted a recovery partition, even in my earliest days of playing with the operating system.
To be honest, I often mention it, as I have never needed anything else, I use HyperOs for my backups, so that I can do exactly as you want to.- Unfortunately it's not free.
Partition magic is included in HyperOs, so it does it all- I run Vista, and XP, on seperate partitions, and have backups of the complete systems, (I did this as soon as it was setup completely), on the hard drive.

Unfortunately , I have not had to use anything else for so long, I have not had reason, or, time to test any, but many have.
