Is there a way to set speed and duplex via command line?

I have a Ghost boot cd that uses vista as the boot environment. The problem I have is that it never sets the networking at 100/full. I have a number of different systems with different network chip types. Is there a command line that I could type in like netcfg that would allow me to set it to 100/full instead of it going to 100/half all the time to every computer. I can do a few things with netcfg but I haven't figured out how to do that or if there is another command that can.
