i read the instruction thing on the run & read me thing and it says to download something that costs money, is there any free way to remove viruses?

Nothing in the Read and Run instructions ask you to download anything requiring payment. Make sure you are clicking on the download link and not an ad on the page!

ok, now i have a problem, on this one:http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=139313

and every link it says to download, the page just goes to problem loading page

If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Spybot ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them. This includes ComboFix and the MGTools.exe.
