Is there any software out there that would reccord...

what i was doing on the desktop. for example:

Lets say i wanted to make a move of how to scan your computer for spyware. I would enable the software then go through the process i would need to. first the start menu, porgrams, then click spybot...etc....

I want a program that would record everything i do on the desktop. Kinda like a screen shot, but more like a screen movie.

Its kinda hard to explane. At least i think it is.

Please let me know if you know what i am talking about, and if there is any software out there that can do this for me.

its called BB Flash-Back... but it looks expensive. I'm not sure if there is really a cheaper way to do it.... but i'd assume there is one out there.

MS Office 97 came with a program to do that also (if you have it, it doesn't install by default).
