Is there anything i need to remove?

I have a LOG of whats all running in my Background! And i wanna know if there anything i should remove.
Mylaptop is running on a DSL connection at 100.0MBPS 1.3GHZ!

Also i would like to get some DDR RAM for it but does anyone know how much it would be and where because i rather make a trade then spend cash i got very good trade worth looking but back to the question and look at the log!!

Your running processes look good. I wouldn't recommend disabling any of them. As far as memory upgrades crucial.com is a good place to look, I don't know about trades.

 

Uhhh, from the log you gave, it lookes good, IMHO only.

Is there a particular problem you are having?

Nope no prob at all i guess its it just low ram is why it starts Quake 3 sometimes and other time Quake 3 Freezes. But i am being very very careful with this Laptop my desktop may it REST IN PIECE! is so full of Spy Malware Virus i have decided to not even try toclean it up because its so many i just did a Reformat on it.
It is a 700Mhz Hp Running Windows ME with 25MB of Ram. I have had it for a little over 10 years and it worked just perfect and speedy on the intenet.

Laptop has 256MB of Ram Now!
