Is there???

I am trying to help my grandfather and his friends with there computers when they are having trouble with things.

The problem is when i need them to help i have to get them to go through the remote desktop on microsoft and alot of them are not very computer litterate in the way of that type of thing.

Is there a program that will let me if they ring me log on to there computer without them having to do anything???

It wouldn't matter if it had to be installed the first time.

Thats ok but i was looking for something more that i could install and then when ever im asked for help i just open the program click the persons name and then connect with out them having to do anything at all.

Its hard for browsers because my grandfather and his friends only know basic word and and email.

 

The second of the two solutions i gave will allow that after it is set up.
