Hi, my names tom, i create my own software as a hobby and like to distribute it on the internet so people can use it for free. Recently however i had an issue where some people reported my software as malicious (See Scan A), so i have spent nearly a week doing everything i can to resolve this, ive used ever major and some minor virus scan utilities, switched AV a few times (but never more than one running at once)

Now i have managed to get it down to 2 (See Scan B)

The final two of 42 anti virus software are the only ones that show this error, is this a false positive? i am 99 percent sure my pc isnt infected, nothing would have escaped what ive done.

    SCAN A
    SCAN B

Any advice would be recommended, i had an open thread already for advice on how to remove the virus (Backdoor.IRCBot) but i am almost certain i dont have it, otherwise it would have been picked up by one of the scans by now

Yes, it would appear to be a FP.
