So you think that is a little too much for what they want to use it for?

mate that pc is top-of-the-line specs. its a powerhouse! it can eat through 'internet, word processing, email, storing images from their digital camera, and casual gaming' with no problems....

I guess we're begging the question ...what do they want to use it for?
(HP/Dell, etc. have deals @3-400 for the casual user.)

Dang, thats a really good computer for that stuff you want to do with it. Processor could be better for that kind of specs.

Keep in mind thats shared video memory. It will not have 1gb of ram for system useage.

what do you mean by casual gaming. old 2d games or 3d FPS and stuff. cause the video card on it sucks. hell it's not even a card. if your uncle wants to play Call of Duty 2 ect... they need to get a V card.

If there not into serious 3d gaming then i would say yes that's a good deal.
