Is this a problem?

    Hi, I've this minor problem. I'm using Window XP. Everytime I click on 'Start', there will be a bubble icon from 'All Programs' stating 'New programs installed'. I looked at the programmes there and there is no suspicious file there. The message will appear everytime after I opened a new window and then go to the 'Start'. Can anyone know about this and help me? Thanks in advance.

    -Right Click on the Taskbar

    -Select Properties

    -Click the Start Menu tab

    -Click Custmize

    -Now Click the Advanced Tab

    -Uncheck "Highlight newly installed programs"
