Is this computer clean?

Hi! Been a while since I've had somebody's computer to work on, and I see y'all have made some changes in the scan tools used!

Anyway, this computer does connect to the internet, but you cannot use a browser. So... Skype will run, things will update themselves, but opening IE or Firefox gets one of those "couldn't be displayed" messages, or something similar.

IE offered to run a troubleshooter, and I let it run. I could then use both browsers. It lasted until I rebooted, and this has not worked since.

I did the R&R to see if anything was found. None of the scans seemed to turn up anything, but I need to know for sure that this computer is not infected.

Oh -- when I ran HitmanPro, I selected "I am an expert, show Early Warning Scoring (EWS) in the drop down of the Next button", because though I do have internet access technically, I do not have the ability to use a browser. I did not know if it was going to require the use of a browser if I left this unchecked. Hope I did okay. :)

When this first happened on this computer, which was several months ago, the owner tried to do a system restore. I told her to click on "show more restore points", but there were no more. After that, I learned that it's a Win7 bug, that causes all restore points to be deleted except for the most recent one or two. Unfortunately, the points from before the problem had already been ditched.

Thank you so much for your time and attention! :)

(Cool! I can upload all five logs on the same post!)

You do not appear to be having malware problems. As you noted, your logs show full connectivity by both IP address and by URL.

Try uninstalling each of the below and then rebooting:
    avast! Free Antivirus
    COMODO GeekBuddy
    COMODO Internet Security
    SUPERAntiSpyware

    Did that change anything?

Oh, my goodness, I feel like such a dummy! :D

I saw Comodo, and assumed it was the firewall! I did not even notice it was CIS until you typed that up there, and I didn't think to look.

I had to uninstall Avast in Safe Mode, as it kept hanging on creating a restore point. The computer is working fine now, and I am using it with a browser online with absolutely no issues.

Thank you for checking through my logs, as this girl's brother had used this computer, and I've had to deal with stuff he's left behind on his mom's computer before.

    Thank you so much, Chaslang!!!

You're welcome. Now you need to cleanup from our tools and add protection back in per the below.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Go back to step 4 oof the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. .
    8. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
