is this malware or something else?

when restarting my computer i noticed it was ending CiceroUIWinFrame i might not have spelled it right but if you have any idea please tell me

by "it" i ment my computer and i did the run and readme but its still doing it i dont think its malware but who knows???????

 

i try to do the most i can with the run and readme however i do not have any of the prgrams that are requested on the run and read me exept malwarebytes and i cannot download these programs i dont know why but every download i make ends-up stopping in a random place but whatever il stop posting here since i cannot completly finsih the run and readme

I'm going to close this thread. The one you started with TimW with the last posting of June 20th will be the best one for you to continue in. In answer to your question there, you get Combofix by reading the instructions. From the looks of your MalwareBytes log, Combofix will be a useful tool for you.
