Is this odd or what?

    Ok New comp here.
    gigabyte k8nslipro
    amd 3800 64 X2
    gig of ram

    thats the basics.

    Im haveing serious problems. The ram seems to spike constantly, cuasing serious system lags. I thought it was the PSU. I got another new one, 500w with a 12v rail of 36. That hasnt solved the problem. the +5 rail is jumping all over the place. which Im not sure if its a MB prob or a hd or a ram prob.

    Any ideas?
