Is this PC clean?

Hello!

I'm back again--this time with my boyfriend's computer, which seemed to have some malware problems. Occasionally when he closed itunes, his web browser (explorer) would open dozens of new tabs until he had to reboot.

I've run all the scans as before; Spybot failed to remove one problem that it found, even after a reboot, and although Combofix finished, it froze the computer (In retrospect I'm not sure that this PC has the recovery console installed...).

Anyway, I'm attaching the logs, and would really appreciate it if someone could look over them to check that there's no lingering problems on the computer. Thank you in advance!
