is this software glorified frisbees now? Compatible with win 2000?

16 bit Windows Subsystem:

This is the error message that i get when i try to install or run several programs that I used on my Win. 95. Some of them worked on my windows ME, but i installed win 2000 over that.

all you have to do is copy and paste a couple files from their back up location to overide the corrupted ones.
