is this spyware

my dad has two folders i think one of them might contain spyware its in his local drive folder and the folder is called panzer it was created febuary 24 2005

the other folder is in his c program files folder and its called mindscape it was created on september 4th 2004 im guessing that its just an old game nobody plays anymore

but id like to know if you guys might know for sure what these two items are so ill know if they can be safly removed or not

im just hoping thier not spyware
