   Hi, ALL,
   Those scans were run on the HP Pavillion dv4000 laptop. Problem was it didn't connect to the Internet wirelessly, even after disabling the Symantec firewall.
   
   I just finished running "Read and Run Me First". Here are the logs.

   Nothing of signifcance was found in any of your logs. They are all basically clean but I do recommend that you do the below.
   
   Run this Disable/Remove Windows Messenger to remove Windows Messenger. Do not confuse Windows Messenger with MSN Messenger because they are not the same. Windows Messenger is a frequent cause of popups.
