ise 32, desktop.ini help please?

Hi, I have had no luck removing this trojan. I have went through the "read me first malware removal guide" a couple times, "turned off" my recycle bin. keep trying to set ownership and fully delete, yet $recycler.bin, desktop.ini, ise32.exe and a few other random file names still reappears on all of my drives, even my flash drive and my phone. I have tried deleting with "free commander", turned autoplay off, searched my registry for related values and deleted them. I'm at my wits end, if someone knows how to purge this thing out it would be greatly appreciated! I have attached a hijack this log if that helps anyone. Thanks for your time!
