isearchtech, unable to remove

Spybot S&D detects isearchtech but is unable to remove or fix it. I know this topic has been discussed in previous posts that I found when I searched, but I dont really understand any of them. I have done hijackthis and this is what popped up in the notepad:

If someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated...I just don't know what to do and these popups are driving me crazy.
