Isp Interference With Internet Connection?

    Hi all!

    How can one test the internet connection that I have to see who else is monitoring or where the connections are made?

    It seems like my ISP or someone that works(ed) for them is interferring with my emails and web and slowing it down.

    I have tried to send emails to Majorgeek and I do not think that they were sent and were blocked.

    Any help out there?
