Isrvs (please Help!!!)

    Can't get rid of ISRVS file which contains edmond.exe and some other rubbish, please help!

    I've run Spy Sweeper, which detects the faults, tells me it will remove them on restart and doesn't. And I've messed around with HIjackthis, but files keep returning once deleted.

    Okay. Get the Standard Arsenal (Ad-Aware SE, Spybot, Microsoft AntiSpyware if you're inclined to) after running a TrendMicro scan.

    Save HijackThis for the really irritating stuff.

    Got software, and running it now, but can't get online for TrendMicro. Will that be a problem?

    While running the sticky thread is always our first recommended step, the problem that DanSilv has cannot be fixed with any of the scanners you listed. The proper method to remove this is given below.

    Download and install Microsoft® Windows AntiSpyware and make sure you get the updates but do not run a scan yet.

    Now reboot into safe mode with no network support, make sure you have no browsers opened and then run a full scan with MS Antispyware and let it fix what it finds.
    Now reboot in normal mode and let us know how things look.
