Iss 5.1

i have installed iss 5. but i dont figure out how to use it. whenever i go to http://localhost it asks me for a username and password, i have tried several combinatiopns with no sucess i take it there is something i cam doing wrong i have found guide online but it didnt help me to much, can someone point me in the right direction?

Disable any firewall you have, does it work?

I read a guide on how to install it and that was all there was one about how to set it up but when i go to http://localhost it just asks me for a user name and password is there something i need to configure? what i want to do is be able to hostmaybe a webserver and an FTP server off my computer preferable when i get it all setup passowrded.
