Issue with XoftSpySE License

    Hi there - I hope that there's someone out there that can help.
    I had a free version of XoftSpy on my PC ages ago - It may have been upgraded to the pay version (not sure as husbandboy also used the PC for some time). This version of the software was deleted (windows uninstall the ran a reg clean etc)
    I then downloaded & installed the pay version again. (Money has gone from my account) However every time my PC boots up I get a lovely message saying that my licence has expired. If I click on the renew button I get directed to the Paretologic error webpage. I have looked up their 'support' pages and the help says to go to 'ABOUT' then update licence key. I don't have that option.
    I'm running Windows XP SP2,

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    I'm sorry but this is not a malware problem. This is a problem with software that you say you have purchased. You will have to work out this problem with Paretologic. The "About" selection normally appears under your top menu selection named Help. Click Help and then click About.
