Issue?

I am working on a HP Pavillion 513c. When you push the power button the case & CPU fans spin for a second and the power indicator is yellow with no display.

When you pull the RAM it does POST errors 1-3-3-1 (RAM), no display, fans keep running.

I have swapped the RAM, power supply, and videocard - nothing different..

What am I missing?
I've broken out the paddles, but feel I have lost this patient.. I just can't give up that easy, I guess I am asking a second opnion.

 

How does it post errors with no video,? Can you get to bios? ed

 

When one states a POST error in the form of 1-3-3-1, we'd assume they are speaking of the beeping error code - like I stated there is no display.(on board video or video card installed) Besides displaying a POST to the screen, PCs also beep, generally once for OK, or some elaborate beep, beep 'music' to notify you differently.
Maybe you though post as in POSTing text to a forum, but I meant POST as in Power On Self Test.
