issues with usb port

ok all the sudden today when i plug in my flash drive it no longer reads as being connected to a usb 2.0 port.

now it tells me this device can run faster if you connect to usb 2.0 port or something like that.

however if the drive is unplugged and replugged a few times the message doesnt appear, but sometimes i get a message saying it cant be recognized i dont know whats going on with it.


the only thing i can figure is that it is maybe not fully connecting properly into port any thoughts?

 

It to connect another 2.0 port. Then see what happen.

 

i have befor and its the same deal but im beginning to wonder if its not the flash drive itself and not the computer
