Almost everything in place for our IT classes, national lottery money got us 12 laptops, printer, rodents (Mice) and Office 2010. Local council education department are providing a tutor, People lining up to join, last thing to set up is a broadband provider. Should be fun, I’ve got 12 flash drives for people to save their work on, I am not allowing people take the flash drives home as a precaution against spreading viruses until they finish the course. It’s all going to kick off on the 5th of November. If anyone’s got ideas that would help I’d be most grateful.

I had similar thoughts, Rusty LOL.
What advice I give depends on what level they are teaching, (introductory?). Obviously, i-net security and password/privilege settings. I seem to remember there's a few really good MS Office books available, from when I taught Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher etc. about ten years back. (Looks like there's a lot of free e-books on the topic these days). Oh yeah, Uninterrupted Power Supply, (U.P.S.), if not equipped already.
I hope that the course all goes well, Tony.
