    Sorry ....been in NJ for a visit. LOL

    Diane is doing good. Slow recovery, but that is because she is impatient....just like a woman!!

    And we would probably love to do some lighthouse cleaning.....hehe. Don't throw me in that briar patch.

    I was gone also, with my aunt for about a week, she didn't know me.
    Ah, ye ole briar patch LOL silly rabbit
    Yeah healing takes time, pretty serious surgery there.
    I do know of someone who does house cleaning, she's terrific, only the travel time would be kinda high.

    Thaks for the update, Tim, just take care of her... Impatient? A woman? Nah, that's just your imagination! :-D Just wait on her hand and foot, she will get real used to that! :-D

    Recovery will be slow, but tell her it is to be expected... Hang in there!

    I'm sorry. All is very good. Saw the surgeon and he told her she could now resume her walking. She told him she was back up to doing her 4 miles a day, though a little slower than before...roflmao.

    She still has bouts with pain and shortness of breath at times, but I allow her to take the occasional pain pill ( she's cutting into my supply and had better get a refill soon, damn it!!).

    So, all in all, she is back!!!! :eek

    The surgeon did do a double take.....it was good. :)

    Yup she is back.....the party is over. :(

    She is very grateful that I have all these wonderful people who are so caring. It is like family around here. How wonderful is it that so many people from so many different cultures and locations could come together and support one person they have never even met!!

    Bless you all. ( Geeee...I wonder if that is the med's talking...LOL...nah.)

    Too much bad news in the world. How refreshing to hear good news for a change.
    Amazing to hear that Diane is doing four mile hikes already. Good for her.

    I've read your post and can say I "kind of" know what you've gone threw and I emphasize "kind of". There is cancer on my fathers side and I was informed a long time ago that I had cancer in my bones but that it was nothing that a lot of people have it. But I have gone threw the waiting with several members of my family. The best sign was when they tell you it is getting smaller.
    I am glade that she is doing good, and if she wants to do something let her she only has that one life and I'm sure you know this. Just stand be hind her the rest of the way. Keep the positive thoughts always and the prayers I'm sure will continue for you both.
