I just happened to peep in after maybe 4 years to see if I recognized anyone after all this time and there are a few still here (I see bluesman). I ;changed my email addy and forgot my password so I added a 3 to my user name and re-registered. I am so sorry about G.T. I got really choked up when I saw that. Does anyone remember the compilation photos we did back in 2002? I still have them on my computer in my documents folder and GT's photo is directly above my photo (Marcie30). GT and the other members at that time all had a good laugh in our postings. How about Naz (little devil) and Rumple and Phantom and Kodo and dperino and many others - are you still all with MG? I'll check back to see. Cheerio. Marcie

Well my photos file is too big for MG, so we will just have to give it a miss this time.

Well hello there, again, Marcie.:) I sometimes wonder how you are getting on nowadays. We had some good discussions on this board and via email. Last I heard, you were having a few medical issues, and was basically why you couldn't spend too long at the 'puter any more. I've had a few very close calls last year with some medical problems, myself, but that's another long story. Hope you're doing better these days.

A few of the old school are here. Some split, some pop in once in a while. Yeah, Gary's no longer with us. I'm still getting over that one, as are others, I'm sure. :(

Let's see, Naz, we haven't heard from for ages, Rumple's around, but rarely, Kodo's still here (someplace), dperino's around, too, but doesn't post much in this place any more, either. Twinny, and a heap of others, I haven't heard from for years.

Can't say I know all that many very well, myself, as I had a bad patch in the last year, particularly, and forums weren't high on my list of things to do.

Anyway, nice to see you post again, and I hope to get to talk to ya soon. And yep, still have those mugshot gallery photos, too. ;)

    ~ Regards:- Phantom.

Well, I am still glad to see you are all as whacky as ever. Great to hear from you. Sorry to hear about your illness Phantom. Yeah, I had a rough patch there for a while, but I am still alive and kicking - it's being so cheerful that keeps me going. Only Rumple would probably appreciate that saying from an old radio show in U.K.

I'll pop in from time to time to see if anyone else turns up. Cheers and make the most of today.

That's one of the sayings from 'It's that Man Again (I.T.M.A.) comedy radio show from the Beeb, (B.B.C.). The character was one by the name of 'Mona Lott', LoL! I remember it well, along with the Goon show (which still has repeats to this day, b.t.w.). I have been referred to, rather unkindly, as Mona Lott, on occasion, by some rapscallions. :p

I.T.M.A. contained many catchphrases, such as:-

"Can I do you now, Sir?" - Mrs Mopp (the office char)
"I don’t mind if I do" Colonel Humphrey Chinstrap turning innocent remarks into the offer of a drink.
"After you, Claude - no, After you Cecil"
    "TTFN" (Ta ta for now)
"This is Funf speaking" - Funf, the German spy.
    "I go - I come back" - Ali Oop.
"It's being so cheerful as keeps me going" - Mona Lott.
"Going down now sir" - Diver.
    "Don't forget the diver"

Don't forget, I am an old codger, too. Not as antique as Rumple, but a little more so than your good self. ;)

Yes I seem to recall "Can I do you now Sir? , but some of the others escape me. I remember Bootsie and Snudge which was hilarious. Now that we have FIOS Fiber Optic Cable & Internet (mainly for hubby and his football) I can watch BBC America and there is a fabulous Military channel. Anyway, on BBC America all the old shows like "Are you being Served" , "Benny Hill" , "Keeping up Appearances" and "Fawlty Towers" are being shown.

I wouldn't say Rumple is antique, yet, but they do get more expensive with age so he is probably worth a few bob now. :D

Right said Fred, better be off then. Catch you later.

Well, after a week of scorching temps in the forties (Centigrade), we now have the tail of a tropical cyclone (George) edging in. So now it's windy and cold again. I can't win. lol! But way better than that heat and humidity, I admit.

    Talk to ya soon.:)
