It's been a while...

Just popping my head in and saying hi.

Sucks to hear of all the great people we've lost, sorry I wasn't here to give my proper condolences.

Currently, I'm being a little self-masochistic, I'm using a Gateway laptop circa 2001, running XP SP3 with a Pentium III 1.0G, 500mb of ram, and a 20G harddrive. :-D Can you believe it's running with acceptable load times? Me neither, but I'm surfing pretty snappily as long as I stay away from any videos. Boots up in about 2&1/2 min. and loads Firefox within 15 sec. Not bad for a side-of-the-road throw out I found on some curb... My other computer, the one I displayed a year ago? My youngest is using it now. My oldest designed and built (with my help and money, of course) his own gaming rig. Kid's almost smarter than me, but that's not saying much...:-o

This economy is killing me and my career, still looking for that better day promised. So, how's by ya'll?

You Might get that thing to boot a little quicker if you run this from the RUN dialog:
